Workshops
We have created our workshops for all people who would like to expand their knowledge and personal skills. We offer reliable knowledge, supported by scientific research, prepared in an accessible and professional way. Each workshop is prepared in such a way that participants can apply the acquired knowledge in real life. In other words, our workshops are not only about knowledge, but above all its practical application. You're welcome!
Workshops take place on the Zoom platform. If it is important to you, you can remain anonymous to the participants throughout the meeting. After submitting the booking form, you will receive confirmation of your place reservation, a link to the online meeting and payment details. See you!

Mental health prevention
Participants will learn the pillars of mental health, self-care and their own emotional comfort. We discuss the factors that contribute to the deterioration of mental health and the basic factors necessary to maintain well-being.

Neuroatypicality
Workshops during which participants will learn what neurodiversity is and how neuroatypical people think, feel and act on a daily basis. We will talk about the challenges, but also about the "pros" and how to support communication and build relationships.

Eating disorders
During the workshop, we will talk about the basic assumptions related to eating disorders. Participants will learn how body image, self-acceptance and relationships with others influence the attitude towards food, the sense of control and oneself.

Coping with stress
The workshop is a meeting providing knowledge about stress and ways to deal with it. During the meeting, we present ways to reduce the level of arousal and deal with fear and anxiety. We discuss both short-term ways of controlling stress and ways to free yourself from chronic stress.

Self-confidence and self-esteem
During the workshops, we work on understanding our own needs, ways of dealing with emotions and building self-esteem. Participants have the opportunity to build self-esteem and strengthen self-confidence in situations of safe social interaction.
